Elementary & Extended Care Updates

We want to share a few important reminders and updates for our elementary students and Extended Care program.

Contact information

• School office hours: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

• For emergencies between 4:00–5:30 p.m., you may call 918-333-8631 to reach Extended Care staff.

Extended Care Reminders

• Extended Care begins each afternoon with snack time. Please send a simple, easy-to-clean-up snack labeled “Extended Care” in your child’s lunchbox.

• Student Pick-Up: Signs will be posted on the sign near the office with the location of Extended Care.

• If someone other than the usual pick-up person(s), or someone not on your approved list, will be picking up your child, please notify the office during school hours so our teachers are informed.

Extended Care Hours & Fees

• Morning Care (7:30–8:00) — $2 per half hour

• Afternoon Care (3:15–5:30) — $2 per half hour

• Late Pick-Up — $1 per minute after 5:30 p.m.

Extended Care fees are billed monthly and charged to your FACTS account.
Extended Care closes promptly at 5:30 p.m. Please make arrangements to pick up your child on time to avoid late fees.

Dress for the Weather

As the seasons change, please remember that students will go outside for recess whenever weather permits. Be sure your child is dressed appropriately and brings a jacket to school each day.
