STEP 3: Assessment & Interview

We will contact you to set up a time to take their placement assessment and meet for a family interview with our Superintendent, Curt Cloud. We want all parties involved to have full confidence that WCS is the best school for your family.

Meet Our Admissions Director

Our Admissions Director, Mrs. Tanya Amack, is here to help guide families every step of the way. From your first tour to your child’s first day of school, she’ll assist you with:

  • Scheduling campus tours
  • Completing applications
  • Navigating the enrollment process
  • Understanding and using the FACTS system

Mrs. Amack is happy to answer any questions you may have and help make your transition to Wesleyan Christian School a smooth and welcoming experience.

Meet Our Finance Director

Our Finance Director, Mrs. Tana Disney, supports families by providing guidance and clarity throughout the financial side of joining and attending Wesleyan Christian School. She can assist you with:

  • Understanding tuition and payment options
  • Managing FACTS billing and financial accounts
  • Navigating tax credits and financial programs
  • Handling Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship and Opportunity Scholarship Fund
  • Answering questions about fees, charges, and billing timelines
