WCS gives tuition assistance to families based on an objective assessment of family need. Financial Aid funds will be applied to the recipient's account in ten monthly increments at the rate of 1/10 of the award per month.

An application is required which includes pertinent data on the parents' income, assets, liabilities and expenses. Applications may be obtained at the school office.

Application Process

Step 1: Fill out an application. Wesleyan Christian School employs the services of an outside agency to ensure objectivity in assessing a family's need for tuition assistance. An application must be completed with this agency who will submit a report of their assessment to WCS.

Step 2: Review by the Tuition Assistance Committee. The committee will review your processed application and will make a determination on the amount of assistance to be awarded. The personal information that you are required to provide for application is kept confidential within this committee.

Step 3: Notification. The committee will notify you of any assistance awarded after reviewing your application.

Student Eligibility

In order to receive tuition assistance from WCS, a student must enroll full time in PreK - 12th grade at WCS.
